Access Logfile
You have direct access (per FTP) to your Access Logfile. All visits to your website are stored as raw data in the Logfile.

Additional Domains
You can add as many domains as you like to your disc space. You can find prices and information for additional domains here.
The packages fairio Power, Business or Premium are multi domain compatible
If you are using on of fairio Start or Basic packages, it is not possible to set up mail boxes for additional domains. Emails will automatically be forwarded to the main domain.

Assignment of memory space
In ServerCon you can look at the amount of disc space you are using at any time. It is divided into email, web directory and MySQL disc space.

Autoresponder
You can configure your autoresponder in the admin menu. Received mails will be answered automatically. You can enter the text you wish to be sent.

Counter
We offer a ready made counter over ServerCon. You can integrate the counter into your website. The counter counts the number of visitors to the website. You also have the possibility to use other counters.

Cronjobs
Cronsjobs make it possible to carry out time controlled scripts.

Traffic Limit
If you are concerned about using more traffic than included in your package, you have the possibility to limit your traffic to the amount included in your package. If the amount of traffic in your package is used up your Website is simply not available until the end of the month. Your Website is automatically activated at the start of the following month.

All servers create a backup every night.

Directory Security
Certain directories can be protected by user name and password. Only persons with access data can enter the area.

Domain Transfer
Transferring your domain from your former provider is free of charge. You will receive all documents needed after we have received your order.

Email Boxes
It is possible to setup individual email accounts. E.g. herbert@your-domain.com. Using the administrative menu you can create, change and delete email accounts at anytime. You can only use the number of email accounts allowed in the package you have chosen.

Email Catch All
Emails which are not assigned to an account will be sent to an assigned account by the Email Catch-All function.

Email Disc Space
Disc space for emails is unlimited as long as your limit is not exceeded over a longer period of time allowing you to receive and send larger emails.

Email Forwarding
Email forwarding can be set up to suite your individual needs. You can register up to ten addresses for each forward.

Email Virus Scan
All incoming emails are scanned automatically when they enter the sever. You no longer need to worry about viruses secretly invading your system. The biggest advantage is the fact that the server updates itself automatically and is always up to date.

Error Logfile

Error Message
You have the possibility of creating your own error pages. If a script error occurs or a page is not found your self generated page will appear.

Form Generator
Forms offer an uncomplicated way for people to get in touch. Your customers can write messages without having to create them using an email program.
ServerCon offers two different form generators. Use them to create your own forms that suite your website.

FP 2002 Extensions
Microsoft Frontpage 2002 Extensions can be equipped on request. Die Microsoft Frontpage 2002 Extensions is compatible with Frontpage and Frontpage 2000.  | Frontpage Extensions will be applied to your package.

Frontpage is a WYSIWYG editor for HTML-pages. With Frontpage Extensions you can use several special Frontpage features such as Frontpage Image-Maps, Web-bots etc.

A forum is an area on a website, where visitors have the possibility to discuss various topics. Visitors can create contributions. All visitors can see the contribution and can answer and so a discussion develops. We offer the possibility to create your own forum using ServerCon.

GD Library is used to create graphics. We use version 2.0.28 with GIF support.

GraphicsMagick is used to convert graphics. We use version 1.x. ImageMagick is also available.

A Guest book is an area on a website, where people can make comments concerning your site.

IMAP stands for Internet Message Access Protocol and is offers the possibility to check emails directly on the server. This means it is possible to check your mails with any given computer with an Internet connection (IMAP Email software needed).

MySQL Connector/ODBC
When working with databases, it can be necessary to access the MySQL database from a local computer using software. MySQL Connector/ODBC is an interface for accessing the server externally. Many other web hosting offers available at the moment do not offer this function, because it is not possible to assign the traffic to a user. fairio offers this function from the Power package up.

Databases are normally needed when operating professional shop systems, boards or CMS. MySQL 4.1.x Databases can be setup over the admin menu. We also offer PHPMyAdmin. PHPMyAdmin is an admin software for databases which can be installed optionally.

All of our servers are situated in the former Star Telecom computer centre in Hannover.

System Resources
We set limitations to dynamic script applications to insure an optimum availability and fast servers. This is the only way to make sure that customers are not affected by the applications. System Resources -Standard- means: 10 CPU Seconds, 90 Seconds duration, 32 MB Ram.

Third Level Domain
You receive one third level domain for free with every web hosting package. Example: yourdomain.fairio.com. You can use this domain to upload data onto your disc space even before your actual domain has registered or transferred from another provider.

Traffic
Consists of all traffic going to and from your package. WWW-Traffic, eMails, FTP access and so on. Traffic ranging from 5 to 45 GB is normally enough for several thousand visitors every month. If it should come to a shortage of traffic capacity, additional traffic will cost 1,99€ per GB (if you pay in Euro), 1,49 GBP (if you pay in British Pounds) and 2,49 US$ (if you pay in US-Dollars).

Upgrading Packages
Customers can upgrade their package at any time over the customer menu. If a package is changed any charges formerly paid will be credited to the new package.

WebFTP
WebFTP is an additional way to load data onto your disc space using an Internet browser. You do not need any extra FTP software.

Web Mail
The Webmail function offers the possibility to read your emails and send them on your regular browser. It also offers an address book and calender.
