I have forgotten my password (General/FTP/SSH/Config/E-Mail). Where and how can I change it?

To change your password go to the customer log in area and request a service password. We will send you the service password by email. This password can be used to log in to the customer area.

Click on "Packages / Domains" to see a list of all of your domains registered at fairio. Click onto a domain name to get to the admin. menu. Under FTP access you can change the password for the domain chosen. 

The email password can be changed in "Email Boxes".

Please Note: The service password is not identical with the password used for your package!

We survey, handle and use personal data for creating contracts and for payment issues only.

Data quoted when ordering:

When you order please quote your address, telephone number and if possible fax number and email address.

All Data is handled confidentially and are never passed on to others. When your domain is registered you will be listed as admin-c.

Routine Data:

As according to the German data protection act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz)

we do not keep user profiles or evaluate personal data. We also never use your personal data to contact you for marketing reasons.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 2 is known to have problems showing  pages with encrypted contents (SSL-encryption). Microsoft has published a manual to remedy this problem:
