We want to offer our customers top-quality internet services under fair conditions. In addition to our fair prices, our offers also have fair conditions. Fees for our web hosting packages are deducted on a monthly basis and can also be cancelled on a monthly basis. In general we charge no set up fees at all. If our customers wish to have annual contract, they receive our "12 for 10" benefit. This means that they receive a web hosting package over 12 months and only pay for 10. Our customers can save over 16 percent costs!

Speed is an essential aspect when dealing with the Internet. Using state of the art technology, fairio offers high speed connections.
In addition to modern servers with multiprocessor systems that are built from high quality components, the data centre, where they are situated, fulfills all requirements needed to supply our customers with a fast connection to their web pages.
We knowingly chose systems which are as independent as possible to minimise dependency on third party suppliers.
fairio has a Cisco router at its disposal and two independent fibre optic cables that lead straight to a decix (Internet junction) in Frankfurt Germany. From there the data is delivered to miscellaneous carriers. You can find more information on this topic in the tech info area.
